You can delete your account at any time, from the app or the website. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 30 days.
An account with an order in progress can’t be deleted. Wait until the order is completed or cancelled, then delete your account.
Records of completed orders and payments, detached from your identity, for as long as the law requires them for accounting, tax and fraud prevention. Messages you sent to other people stay visible to them under “Deleted user”.
